David began his full-time ministry calling in 1999, just seven short years after marrying Ginelle - the daughter of the pastor where he stepped into ministry. During those seven years, David and Ginelle had three children - Ashton and Kelsie, the older two - both daughters - and Dakota, the youngest - their son.
David spent the next seven years not only building a vibrant youth ministry at Metrowest Worship Center, but engaging the young adult culture in ministry, becoming a worship leader, and overseeing two highly successful child care centers. It was in 2003 that the dream of a new way to do church took hold of them, and the journey to bring it to reality began.
David and Ginelle moved to Sutton, Massachusetts in June of 2006, just three months before the launch of their dream church - a life-giving church focused on community connection, relevance in message and ministry, and a demonstration of the love of Jesus - all of which leading to fully devoted followers of Christ. Lifesong Church held it's first official service on September 10, 2006!
Even as God continues to add and multiply the influence that LS is having on South Central Massachusetts, Pastor David is committed to keeping the focus on true ministry - the engagement of culture with the person of Jesus through individuals committed to passionate love for people!

Whether you are new to Lifesong, new to serving, newly attending one of our groups, or are a longtime member, you have or will soon see Pastor Don busy in doing what he loves most - ministering and helping connect people to their gifts and calling.
Don was ordained as a Pastor in 1995 and until recently worked full-time as a Corporate Software Consultant. Don served and ministered voluntarily for years as a leader in various church areas including serving as a deacon, an Elder, small group leader, and most recently as the Director of Lifesong's Impressions Team. Throughout his secular career, Don always dreamed and desired to devote more time to ministry. Amazingly in August 2009, this dream became a reality as Don was hired full-time as Lifesong’s Connections Pastor.
Don is responsible for overseeing Lifesong's Impressions Team, Small Groups and GrowthTrak. He also oversees Lifesong's connection processes geared to helping new and existing members take their next step on their spiritual journey.
Don and his wife, Louisa, are the veterans on our team. They both bring grace, wisdom and levity to Lifesong’s leadership table.

Phil is filled with passion and vision for the next generation church. His desire is to see them reach their potential in Christ and turn their world upside down for Him. A favorite quote of his is.... “People may hear your words, but they will follow your passion” -Duewel
Phil met his wife Katie (aka- the woman of his dreams) at Valley Forge Christian College in 2003. Their BIG day was July 2, 2006. The icing on the cake, their son Tyler, was born in September of 2008, what an awesome gift!
God has always been faithful to direct the steps of his life and in March of 2009 he became part of the ministry team here at Lifesong Church. A moment that now seems so small in light of the future of this ministry and the Church as a whole. He is believing, preparing and expecting God to do awesome things through him and his ministry focus at Lifesong church.

Despite the fact that he was home schooled, Joe still managed to earn street cred amongst his peers and maintain a social presence within his community. After graduating from Whitinsville Christian School, he attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. There he earned his BA in Professional Music, focusing on performance and private instruction. It was at this time that Joe experienced a life-changing encounter with God that lead him into ministry.
“I think that our lives should be a response of praise to our Creator God. At home, at work, at school, in the car, on the train, when we’re feeling down, when we feel like we couldn’t be happier...wherever the place or whatever the circumstance. That is true worship. And that’s the kind of worship Lifesong Church is all about. Genuine, passionate, all-out joyful noise to our lord Jesus Christ!”
Joe and his wife, Victoria, have been married since June of 2006. They have a beautiful daughter, Selah, who was born in May of 2010.

Alicia is a “behind the scenes” kind of girl and she enjoys every second of it. On a typical Sunday morning, Alicia is in six places at once and she does it without breaking a sweat.
Alicia has been on staff as the Office Manager since December of 2007. She was the Kidsong Coordinator up until May of 2010 when she passed the baton for that ministry off to Phil Rainbow. She and her husband, Peter, have been married since January of 2005. They have three beautiful children. (insider tip: Her other claim to fame is that she is Pastor Don's daughter.)
